About the artist: Allison Jai O'Dell is a long-time animal
rights and animal welfare activist, who fell in love with
spinning yarn. Her goal is to seek and promote
compassionate approaches to fiber farming and harvesting.
Within the CompassioKnit brand, you'll find loads of handspun yarns and unique textiles, made from plant-based and synthetic fibers, and sometimes wools and protein fibers purchased from folks who view their companion animals as friends, rather than commodities.

Shop and shipping: Finished items purchased from the store will ship within two business days, unless a special notice has been posted on the home page at the time of purchase (rare). All shipping is done by USPS, unless otherwise agreed upon. Tracking information will be provided for U.S. destinations only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
